Bloodstock: Actually, it’s only very, very slightly folky – folk metal bands are known to turn up there with hurdy-gurdys. However, John-the-sound has been three times and recommends it if you like that sort thing.
Rebellion: This is barely folky at all, but was John-the-sound’s 2017 non-folk festival. Staying in a Blackpool B&B was very acceptable, and how can you go wrong with several days of what was the folk music of the late-70’s?
